FREE MEDICAL CAMP @ M.G.M HOSPITAL, CHIKMAGALUR, MUDIGERE. |

| The free health check up camp was conducted on Friday 14.4.2006 at M.G.M hospital
Mudigere Tq .The camp was conducted by Jilla vakkaligar sangha and Tq vakkaligar sangha which was associated with Chronic Foundation Bangalore.

| More than 50 doctors from Bangalore Rajarajeswari Medical College, Manipal Hospital and Bhagavan Mahavir Jain Nethralaya
hospital were selected to give the treatment for the
patients. On
|
|
| the very first day more than 2500
patients were registered & 1600 patients were got treatment
and solution on the first day. Same crowed continued on
second day.
|
|
| During this camp ENT, Dental, Blood Pressure, Orthopedics, skin, Diabetes, ECG & Heart & treatments for children’s also held. Chronic foundation Bangalore has donated
The free medicines for patients (around 6 lack).

| Inauguration: the senior president of vakkaliga Mr.Gangayya hegade had inaugurated
this camp & speak out few words to this camp. He said that camp will be useful & successful when this is known & spread to all.

| Karnataka’s housing board president Mr.G.H.Halappa Gowda had given speech about
the free health check up camp. He said that if the number of patients will increase then
the camp will be extended up to Sunday.

On the Occasion of GANDHI JAYANTHI a medical camp was conducted at the Govt. Primary School premises. About 2000 poor people of all caste & creed made use of this camp. We had organized Blood Donation, General Health Checkup, Dental, Eye with co-operation from Sri.Raja Rajeshwari Dental College , Modi Eye Hospital , Red Cross, Tumkur & Many voluntary doctors from in and around Tumkur. On the occasion of KANNADA RAJYOTHSATHVA a medical camp was conducted at the Govt. High School premises. About 2500 poor people of all caste & creed made use of this camp. We had organized Blood Donation, General Health Checkup, Dental, Eye with co-operation from Sri Vinayaka Dental Clinic, Tumkur, Red Cross, Tumkur, Victoria Blood Bank, Bangalore , Modi Eye Hospital – Bangalore & Many voluntary doctors from in and around Tumkur. Medicines for all & Dental extractions, were done to more than 175 patients, 25 Units of Blood was collected. About 179 people were provided with free specs and 10 patients were operated at Modi Eye Hospital for Cataract free of cost along with Food & to & fro conveyance. Free medicines were distributed to all the patients during the camp. |

The Camp was conducted at the Govt. Junior College premises. About 4000 poor people of all caste & creed made use of this camp. We had organized Free Heart Checkup, Diabeties from Sagar Apollo Hospital , Bangalore , Blood Donation, General Health Checkup, Dental, Eye with co-operation from Sri Vinayaka Dental Clinic, Tumkur, Red Cross, Tumkur, Vitala Eye Hospital – Bangalore & Many voluntary doctors from in and around Tumkur. Medicines for all & Dental extractions, were done to more than 200 patients, 33 Units of Blood was collected. About 126 people were provided with free specs and 33 patients were operated at Vital Eye Hospital for Cataract free of cost along with Food & to & fro conveyance. Free medicines were distributed to all the patients during the camp.

Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardialogy, Bannerghatta Road,
Bangalore – 560 069 towards Open Heart Surgery to Kumari
Archana against their request letter dated 27/11/2003. |
