The Foundation is funded by individual contributions from friends and well wishers. The following information is also relevant:-

• The requirements of funds are   about Rs 60,000/- per year for    medical camp. We are able to    manage only about 50% of the    same as on date.

• The donor can get the benefit of    Income Tax( IT )exemption as    mentioned in the introduction    paragraph.

• The donations could be sent to    the Foundation or directly to the    Chronic Foundation bank a/c no    2730, Vijaya Bank, Rajajinagar,    Bangalore – 560 010, India.
