The Foundation is funded by individual contributions from friends and well wishers. The following information is also relevant:-
• The requirements of funds are about Rs 60,000/- per year for medical camp. We are able to manage only about 50% of the same as on date.
• The donor can get the benefit of Income Tax( IT )exemption as mentioned in the introduction paragraph.
• The donations could be sent to the Foundation or directly to the Chronic Foundation bank a/c no 2730, Vijaya Bank, Rajajinagar, Bangalore – 560 010, India.

Chronic Foundation is a charitable trust founded in 2003 in Bangalore, India, as a non-profit organization under the India Trust Act. Mr.Ramesh.S, and Mr.B.T.Mallikarjunaiah are the trustees of this foundation.
Our Mission is to Promote Health; strengthen the education and poverty elimination programmes to the needy citizens. |

1. Health Care
- Conducting Blood donation camps, Free Eye check up, rehabilitation camps at tribal areas, drought hit areas, etc.
- Construction of Hospitals
- Health care support for post natal care for the economically weaker sections.

2. Learning & Education
- Assisting the promising students of economically weaker sections by means of scholarships.
- Donating fund to good but economically weak children's from rural and tribal area.
- Donation of other equipments to schools like Computers, Furniture, etc.
- Rehabilitation of children on platforms, streets and slums.

3. Social Rehabilitation and Rural Upliftment
- Construction of Orphanages.
- Rehabilitation of mentally retarded through other local
organizations.
- Assisting the promotion of social awareness among the tribal or other backward communities where evil practices are followed.

Sri Ramesh S – an engineer by profession and chairman of Powertronix Systems Pvt.Ltd.and Director of Vagmi Electromech Technologies Pvt Ltd the force behind the trust. Responsible for planning and implementation.
B.T.Mallikarjunaiah – a business man by profession and keeps an eye on the activities of the trust and ensures its working within its scope.
A .C. Dilli – an engineer by profession . A person with innovative ideas and is always keen that new thoughts are introduced in its functioning. |
